Roles
- Owner: account-wide authority for subscription, critical settings, security, team administration, and provider relationships.
- Manager: operational authority within assigned locations and granted capabilities.
- Staff or professional: scoped access to assigned work, customers, calendars, conversations, or operational actions.
Invitations
Invitations are single-use, email-bound, role-scoped, location-scoped, audited, and automatically expire. Revoking an invitation or teammate access takes effect on the server; hiding a menu item is not the permission boundary.
Location scope
A team member can be assigned all locations or a defined set. Customer, payment, scheduling, job, communication, analytics, and configuration actions must pass both role capability and location-access checks.
