Account settings and business rules

Know where to manage business, appointments, PBX, communication, payments, team, integrations, notifications, billing, security, and developer controls.

Manage settings

Major settings areas

  • Business profile: business identity, locations, regional settings, hours, and Nevo identity.
  • Appointment settings: calendar structure, booking availability, notice, buffers, arrival windows, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, closures, alternatives, and time zone.
  • PBX destinations and Phone & routing: departments, people, extensions, groups, queues, voicemail, caller scenarios, navigation, schedules, and fallbacks.
  • Communication and voice: preferred channels, welcome message, tone, disclosures, provider state, and notification behavior.
  • Payments and billing: Stripe connection, transaction policy, subscription, usage, invoices, and plan changes.
  • Team, security, integrations, notifications, reviews, spam, and developer controls.

Inheritance and restrictions

Workspace rules can be narrowed by location, professional, service, role, channel, schedule, or workflow. A child setting cannot bypass a parent closure, permission, provider restriction, consent requirement, plan limit, or safety rule.

Critical changes

Changes to phone activation, routing, payment, calendars, team access, business hours, spam enforcement, voice cloning, and launch certification should be audited and may require validation before they affect live behavior.
