Voice identity
- Choose an available voice and verify its language, license, and provider readiness.
- Select the desired tone, such as warm, professional, calm, concise, or energetic.
- Add pronunciation notes for business, staff, product, and location names.
- Preview the approved greeting and a representative call before launch.
Welcome message
The welcome message is the first approved language Nevo uses on an inbound call. It should identify the business, optionally identify Nevo as the AI front desk, and invite the caller to describe the request. The same authoritative value is editable during onboarding and later in account communication or voice settings.
Disclosure settings
AI disclosure preference controls whether and how Nevo identifies itself as an automated or AI assistant. Recording disclosure records the business-approved notice required before call recording in applicable jurisdictions. NevoDesk stores configuration; the business remains responsible for selecting lawful language and obtaining required consent.
Voice cloning
Verified voice cloning is a separately controlled capability. It requires documented speaker consent, identity verification, allowed-use scope, language/provider support, revocation handling, and plan/provider availability. A cloned voice cannot be assigned merely because an audio file exists.
