How Nevo makes decisions

See how approved knowledge, business rules, live provider data, confidence, and safe handoffs work together.

Decision order

  1. Identify the workspace, location, channel, caller or customer when possible.
  2. Determine the caller's primary intent and any supporting need.
  3. Load approved business facts, policies, permissions, routes, and customer context.
  4. Request authoritative provider state when the action depends on availability, payment, delivery, or call control.
  5. Complete the allowed action, ask a clarifying question, or use the configured human/recovery path.
  6. Record the decision, inputs, outcome, and exceptions needed for review.

What AI can interpret

AI can organize natural-language business descriptions, recognize caller phrasing, summarize conversations, recommend a route, and draft follow-up. Structured validation converts supported interpretations into allowed values. The system does not directly treat unrestricted model text as a price, permission, payment result, calendar opening, or call-completion event.

Human control

  • Owners define authoritative policies and destinations.
  • Managers and staff act only within server-enforced roles and location access.
  • Sensitive, ambiguous, exceptional, or unauthorized requests move to a human or recovery queue.
  • Every important automated decision should be explainable and auditable.
