AUTHORITATIVE NEVODESK GUIDE Reviewed August 14, 2026

Authoritative states and product boundaries

Know which system proves each result and how NevoDesk distinguishes configured, pending, active, failed, and verified states.

What is authoritative

  • NevoDesk workspace records are authoritative for approved business rules, services, roles, routes, policies, and internal operational records.
  • Calendar providers and NevoDesk scheduling transactions are authoritative for external busy events and conflict-safe booking state.
  • Telephony and messaging provider events are authoritative for ringing, answered, completed, recording, sent, delivered, failed, and related channel outcomes.
  • Stripe objects, verified events, and reconciled balance transactions are authoritative for payment, refund, dispute, fee, and settlement state.
  • Authentication providers and NevoDesk server authorization are authoritative for identity and workspace access.

State language

  • Draft or configured: values are saved but may not be active.
  • Pending or setup required: a required step or provider result is incomplete.
  • Connected: authentication exists, but the specific capability may still need scope or health verification.
  • Active or ready: required checks passed for the stated capability.
  • Failed or needs attention: the last authoritative attempt did not complete and recovery is required.
  • Verified or reconciled: supporting provider/system evidence agrees with the NevoDesk record.

No fabricated success

NevoDesk and NevoGuide must not infer that a call connected, message delivered, calendar synchronized, payment settled, refund completed, or integration became ready merely because a user clicked a button or returned to a page. The corresponding authoritative evidence must exist.
