Validate setup and go live

Run a current configuration test, prove provider readiness, resolve blocking issues, and launch with a safe recovery path.

Pre-launch validation

  • Required business facts and one primary outcome are complete.
  • Phone, call goals, greeting, caller navigation, routing, fallbacks, spam, and voice are internally consistent.
  • Every enabled PBX department has an eligible destination or is removed.
  • Services, professionals, capabilities, hours, calendars, blockers, deposits, and confirmation policies can produce valid outcomes.
  • Required providers are active with correct permissions, scope, webhooks/events, and health checks.
  • Terms, privacy, consent, recording, payment, and business-owner acknowledgements are complete.

Scenario tests

  • Normal request successfully completed.
  • Ambiguous request clarified or moved to menu fallback.
  • Human transfer answered and not answered.
  • After-hours, closed, emergency, spam, VIP, and voicemail behavior.
  • Calendar conflict, simultaneous booking, payment success/failure, provider outage, and customer abandonment.
  • Notification delivery success/failure and visible exception recovery.

Certification

Launch certification belongs to the exact dependency fingerprint of the current configuration. Editing a certified section invalidates older evidence. NevoDesk should not claim a provider-backed capability is live until the provider and an end-to-end test confirm it.
