Included monthly AI voice
- NevoAnswer includes 200 AI-answered calls; additional answered calls are $0.20 each and connected human-transfer time is $0.05 per minute.
- Starter includes 250 AI-handled minutes; overage is $0.10 per AI-handled minute and $0.05 per human-transfer minute.
- Professional includes 750 AI-handled minutes; overage is $0.08 per AI-handled minute and $0.04 per human-transfer minute.
- Growth includes 2,000 AI-handled minutes; overage is $0.05 per AI-handled minute and $0.03 per human-transfer minute.
- AI-handled time is the time Nevo actively handles the call. Human-transfer time begins after the connected handoff proceeds through the enabled telephony path.
Where appointment booking begins
NevoAnswer answers calls, captures leads and messages, and can send a customer your existing booking-page link by SMS after the customer agrees. It does not connect to a calendar or create, reschedule or cancel appointments.
Starter is the first plan with a live calendar connection and native NevoDesk appointment handling. Nevo can check eligible availability, create the appointment during the conversation, send confirmations and reminders, and support rescheduling or cancellation.
Introductory-offer eligibility
Eligible new businesses receive 50% off one month of their selected plan. Monthly customers receive the discount on the first invoice. Annual customers receive an equivalent credit against the first annual invoice. Standard pricing applies afterward.
First-month promotional prices are $15.00 for NevoAnswer, $50.00 for Starter, $85.00 for Professional, and $150.00 for Growth after standard currency rounding.
The introductory offer belongs to the business, not merely to an email address. NevoDesk may compare account, business, domain, phone number, forwarded number, SIP connection, payment, and other existing workspace identifiers to prevent repeated promotional enrollment.
