Subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

Understand monthly and annual plans, the introductory discount, prorated plan changes, grace periods, cancellation, and feature limits.

Subscription billing

NevoDesk subscriptions are separate from customer payments collected through the connected business Stripe account. Subscription products, prices, and introductory discounts are selected by the server from approved Stripe identifiers. Eligible new businesses receive 50% off one month; standard pricing applies afterward under the checkout terms accepted by the account owner.

Upgrades and downgrades

  • Upgrades normally take effect immediately with Stripe-calculated proration for the remaining billing period.
  • Downgrades normally take effect at renewal so active usage and configuration can be reviewed first.
  • Before a downgrade, NevoDesk identifies excess locations, users, professionals, phone numbers, call flows, history, or advanced capabilities that will exceed the new plan.
  • The account must resolve or accept the displayed consequences; NevoDesk should not silently delete operational data.

Cancellation and payment failure

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid term unless a separately disclosed policy requires otherwise. Payment failure enters the configured retry and grace process. During limitation or suspension, the business must retain appropriate access to billing, exports, refunds, disputes, provider requirements, and account recovery.
