Usage meters
Billing shows included and consumed usage for applicable voice, human-transfer, SMS, WhatsApp, location, professional, user, phone-number, and call-flow limits. Projected overage is an estimate until the billing period closes and provider usage is reconciled.
Account billing states
- Introductory offer: the paid subscription is active with the eligible 50% first-month discount applied.
- Active: subscription payment is current.
- Payment failed: Stripe retry or account action is required.
- Grace period: temporary access continues under the published recovery policy.
- Cancellation scheduled: service remains available through the paid term, subject to account status.
- Usage limit: a plan allowance or approved hard limit prevents additional use of the affected capability.
Invoices and payment method
Authorized owners can manage the subscription payment method through the secure billing-provider flow and download available NevoDesk subscription invoices. Customer-payment receipts remain separate because customer funds belong to the connected business account.
