Service definition

• Name, description, category, required capability, and active state.
• Duration plus preparation, cleanup, and travel buffers.
• Fixed, starting-at, inspection, hourly, quote-required, or other supported pricing policy.
• No deposit, fixed deposit, percentage deposit, full payment, or authorization rule.
• Eligible professionals and whether customers may choose a professional.

Go-live protection

A bookable service cannot go live until at least one active, bookable professional is assigned and capable of performing it at the relevant location. Removing the last valid capability must not leave the service available to customers.

Authoritative price

Nevo may quote stored, approved prices under the configured pricing authority. If a service requires inspection or a custom quote, Nevo collects the required details and follows the approved estimate or human-approval workflow instead of inventing a total.
